Travel Notes
Final Payment Due: March 31, 2027. When making your reservation, you may pay in full or enroll in our automatic monthly payment plan. By selecting the payment plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges. No reminders will be sent. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be enrolled in our automatic monthly payment plan. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at jennifer@wanderlustamigas.com. If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will not receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

Travel Documents
All travel documents and itineraries will be sent via email 30 days prior to departure once full payment is received.
Please be mindful that we recommend that all attendees arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) before 2:00 PM on May 3, 2027.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel of any changes to their email addresses.
This is a land-only trip, meaning you are responsible for your flight to and from San Francisco. Transportation is provided to/from the airport.
If you are arriving or departing any time outside of our trip dates of May 3-6, 2027, you are responsible for your transfers to and from the hotel.
Booking Terms
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas Travel® are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas® Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices low, so you can make monthly payments for your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. As of May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers 18+ must present a REAL ID-compliant license or alternative valid ID (like a passport) for domestic flights.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or driver’s license. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport or driver’s license.
Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are available only in economy class if included in the package.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until booked. Please make your reservations today at this price to secure your spot.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Roommate Matching is not available for this trip.
You can log in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee + any vendor’s fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
