Automatic Payment Plans
At Wanderlust Amigas Travel, we believe your dream trip should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Our automatic payment plans make it easy to reserve your spot, stay on track, and prepare for your next adventure with confidence.
Many of our vacations qualify for payment plans of up to 12 months, giving you the flexibility to budget for your travels over time. Payment plan availability depends on your booking date and your trip's final payment deadline.
Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is divided into scheduled automatic payments based on your personalized payment plan.
Payment Schedule
For trips offering a 12-month payment plan, your payments are managed in two consecutive six-month payment schedules.
Months 1–6: Your first series of automatic monthly payments begins after your deposit.
Months 7–12: Once the first payment schedule is complete, a second six-month automatic payment schedule is established for the remaining balance.
This approach allows you to enjoy the convenience of a full 12-month payment plan while keeping your payments consistent and easy to manage.
Your personalized payment schedule, including payment amounts and due dates, will be provided with your booking confirmation.

How Automatic Payments Work
Once you book your trip and enroll in a payment plan, your card on file will be automatically charged according to the payment schedule shown on your invoice. Payments are generally processed monthly until your trip balance is paid in full.
A payment confirmation will be sent after each successful transaction.
Your Payment Information Is Secure
Your security is important to us. Wanderlust Amigas Travel does not store your credit card information on our computers or internal systems.
Your payment information is securely stored and processed through our encrypted payment processing platform, which uses industry-standard security measures to help protect your financial information. This allows us to process your scheduled payments safely while helping keep your sensitive data secure.
Updating Your Payment Method
If your credit or debit card expires, is replaced, or you need to use a different payment method, please notify us and update your payment information before your next scheduled payment date. Keeping your payment method current helps prevent declined transactions and protects your reservation.
Declined Payments
If a scheduled payment is declined, we will notify you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to provide an updated payment method or submit payment promptly.
Please note that missed or declined payments may result in late fees (if applicable), cancellation of your reservation, loss of promotional pricing, or cancellation by the travel supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking.
Important Reminder
Automatic payment plans are offered as a convenience to help you budget for your vacation. Enrolling in automatic payments does not modify the trip's cancellation policy, refund policy, or final payment deadline.
