The individual traveler fee is determined by the level of traveler management, trip complexity, destination, length of travel, and services required.
Groups with fewer than 12 rooms that require contracts, extensive traveler management, rooming lists, complex logistics, or significant supplier coordination may also fall under Elevated Group Travel Design.

Professional Planning Fees
Wanderlust Amigas® planning and service fees are separate from any commissions or compensation we may receive from hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.
Our professional planning fees compensate Wanderlust Amigas® for the time, expertise, research, coordination, trip management, and personalized support provided throughout your travel planning experience.
Fees are based on the level of service and complexity of your trip and are not reduced or waived based on supplier commissions.
All planning and service fees are non-refundable and are due as outlined for your selected Private Travel Design service.
Travel costs, including accommodations, transportation, airfare, excursions, insurance, and other supplier services, are separate unless specifically stated otherwise in your proposal.
