Join Wanderlust Amigas Travel for our annual winery day trip — a playful and picture-perfect escape designed for women who love good company, great wine, and beautiful moments.

This September, we're heading to Plantersville, Texas, where the vines are lush, the laughter is contagious, and the wine flows freely.

Because sometimes... Sip Happens - and when it does, you want your Amigas by your side.

The Experience

Your day begins with an easy departure from Houston, where you’ll board a comfortable coach bus (yes, with all the girl-trip vibes!). We’ll head north for a relaxing day surrounded by vineyards, laughter, and sisterhood.

Your ticket includes round-trip transportation and wine tasting.

It does NOT include additional drinks, food, or personal expenses.

  • You have until July 21, 2026, to cancel and request a refund.

    Deposit is non-refundable. All payments follow the cancellation policy and are generally non-refundable within certain timeframes.

  • A group lunch stop is scheduled, but meals are not included in the ticket price. This allows you to choose what you’d like to eat.

  • Wine tasting at the winery is included. Any additional wine purchases are optional and not included.

  • Yes. All guests must be 21 years or older and bring a valid ID for wine tasting.

  • No, seating is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early for your preferred spot.

  • Yes, you may transfer your spot to another guest before the cutoff date with written notice.

  • We recommend a “vineyard chic” look — think sundresses, hats, and comfortable shoes. Don’t forget sunscreen, your ID, and your phone for photos 📸

  • The trip typically runs from 10:00 AM to around 5:00 PM, giving you a full day to enjoy the experience.

  • Your ticket includes round-trip transportation and wine tasting.

    It does NOT include additional drinks, food, or personal expenses.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY — Sip Happens: Girls Just Wine to Have Fun

We get it. Life happens. Here is our policy in plain language. 

Your deposit is non-refundable. The $20.00 deposit you paid at booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. This covers our upfront costs (motor coach deposit, venue deposits, and administrative fees) that we commit as soon as you book. 

Cancellation Schedule (beyond the deposit):

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of payments made beyond the deposit

31-60 days before departure: 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit

30 days (July 21, 2026) or less before departure: No refund 

Transferability. If you cannot go, you may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, provided written notice is given at least 14 days before departure and the new participant signs all required documents. 

Trip Cancellation by Us. If we cancel the trip for any reason, you receive a full refund (including your deposit) or a credit toward a future trip. 

Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance. [Recommended Providers] is a good starting point. We do not sell insurance. You purchase it directly. 

How to Cancel. Email jennifer@wanderlustamigas.com with the subject line 'CANCELLATION — Sip Happens: Girls Just Wine to Have Fun and include your full name and booking confirmation number. Cancellations are effective the date we receive your email.
