When people dream about Puerto Rico, they usually picture colorful streets, crystal-blue water, and the charming balconies of Old San Juan.
And while those places absolutely deserve the spotlight, one of my favorite memories wasn't in a famous plaza or at a popular attraction.
It happened somewhere along the road between Ponce and San Juan.
