Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket or participating in any travel experience with Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, accidents, property loss, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, and unforeseen events. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sustaita Multi Services dba Wanderlust Amigas, its owners, employees, agents, successors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those arising from the negligence of the released parties.
This waiver specifically includes, but is not limited to:
COVID-19 & Other Illnesses: You understand and acknowledge the risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases during travel and agree to assume full responsibility for any health-related outcomes. You agree to comply with all local and international health regulations, including testing, vaccination, masking, and quarantine requirements, and release Wanderlust Amigas from liability related to illness, testing costs, travel disruptions, or required quarantines.
Third-Party Vendors: Wanderlust Amigas partners with third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and activity vendors) to provide components of your travel experience. Wanderlust Amigas does not own or operate these third-party services and is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or negligence of any third-party supplier. You agree that any claims or disputes regarding services rendered by third parties must be directed to those suppliers.
International Travel Risks: International travel may involve additional risks, including but not limited to language barriers, different standards of safety, transportation, medical care, and law enforcement. You acknowledge your responsibility for obtaining valid travel documents, understanding destination-specific advisories, and complying with all legal and safety protocols. Wanderlust Amigas is not liable for issues arising from government actions, entry denials, visa refusals, or security-related incidents.
This agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. By participating in any Wanderlust Amigas travel experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this waiver.
